Not financial advice

Nothing in AVA is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. That covers every alert, call, scan, bot reply, and doc page. It also covers every message from an admin or a member.

AVA is a community. It is not a broker, an exchange, a fund, or a licensed advisor. Joining does not make us your advisor. We do not know your money, your goals, or your situation. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell anything.

The wins we show are real, but they are our best results, not typical ones. Past wins do not promise future wins.

Following trackers is a risk

Trackers find things. They do not know if a trade is good, and they can be wrong. Before you follow any alert, know how it can fail:

• Data can be late, wrong, or missing. Trackers read chains, data services, and websites we do not control. Any of them can lag, break, or go down, and alerts can be missed.
• A signal is not proof. Four wallets can be one person. Smart wallets lose money too, and a wallet that was smart last month can be selling to you today.
• Alerts fire after the buys. By the time you see an alert, the price may have moved. When many people chase the same alert, early buyers can sell to late ones.
• A clean scan is not a safe token. Contracts can hide traps that no scanner sees. Honeypots, rugs, and fake liquidity still happen.
• Other people's words are their own. Calls from members, and posts we copy from Telegram groups, X accounts, and news sites, are their authors' views, not ours. We pass them on as they are and do not check them first.
• People may hold what they post. Admins, members, and the sources we copy may own, buy, or sell the tokens and NFTs they talk about, before or after they post.

The alert does the finding. The decision, and the risk, are still yours.

Manage your own capital and risk

You decide what to buy, when, and how much. You also carry the result, win or lose. Managing your money and your risk is your job, not the server's.

A few basics. They are general rules, not advice for your situation:

• Only use money you can afford to lose. Small tokens can go to zero in minutes. Plan as if any trade can.
• Size before you enter. Decide the most you are willing to lose on a trade before you buy, not after.
• Plan your exit. Know where you take profit and where you cut before you are in the trade.
• Spread your risk. Do not put everything into one token, one chain, or one call.
• Respect leverage. At 75×, a move of about 1% against you can wipe out the whole position.
• Protect your wallets. Use a separate wallet for new mints and fresh tokens. Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone, including someone who says they are from AVA.

No guarantees

You use everything here at your own risk. It is all given as it is. We do not promise that any tracker, bot, alert, or doc is right, complete, on time, or online.

As far as the law allows, AVA, its admins, and its members are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the server, the bots, these docs, or anything posted in them. That includes lost money, missed trades, bad data, outages, hacks, and scams by other people.

Other servers that mirror AVA

Our alerts, calls, and docs can end up copied into other Discord servers, Telegram groups, or paid groups, with our permission or without it. A server that mirrors AVA is not AVA.

• We do not run it. We are not responsible for its owners, its members, anything it posts, or any loss that comes from following it.
• A copy can be wrong. It can be late, cut, changed, or fake. It can also mix in its own calls and make them look like ours.
• Paying for a copy is not membership. Buying access to a mirror does not make you an AVA member.
• This page still applies. It covers our content wherever it shows up, including inside a mirror.

Do not mirror our feeds into another server without our permission. If you find a copy, or someone pretending to be AVA, tell an admin.

Taxes are your job

Tax is not part of the server. It is each member's own responsibility.

• We do not handle tax. AVA does not collect, calculate, report, or pay tax for anyone, and nothing here is tax advice.
• Many things can be taxed. Trades, swaps, mints, airdrops, and presales may all count where you live. Every country has its own rules, and they change.
• Keep your own records. Track your trades and wallets. If you are not sure what you owe, ask a tax professional where you live.
• What you owe is yours. We are not responsible for any tax you owe, or for any fine or mistake in your tax report.

The same goes for the law. Crypto, leverage, presales, and prediction markets are limited or banned in some countries. Following the law where you live is your job, and nothing here is meant for anyone in a place where it is not allowed.
