Builder radar

Teams build before they announce. Code gets pushed, websites get set up, new chains register themselves — all in public, all before the tweet. The builder radar watches the places where announcements are born.

GitHub watch

  • #github-commits — every code change in a list of watched projects (standards, protocols), with the author and the full message. Watching the code change is watching the next meta being written.
  • #github-new-repos — every hour, we search for code projects created in the last day around four topics: agents, crypto, Solana, and x402. A one-day-old project getting stars fast is one of the earliest signals there is.
  • #github-contract-diffs — the sharpest one. We compare watched projects change by change, and only alert when a new contract address shows up in the new code. An address landing in code usually comes hours or days before the launch tweet. The alert shows the code change too.

Website watch

  • #subdomain-tracker — when a project sets up a new web address, a public certificate is created. We watch those. If a project sets up claim.project.xyz or points.project.xyz, you can guess what comes next.
  • #website-content — we save a copy of watched pages every hour. When the text changes, an alert shows what changed. Roadmap edits and quiet new token pages show up here before anyone talks about them.

The admins manage both watch lists with quick commands. Ask in the server to add a website you think is worth watching.

New chain lists

  • #new-chains — a new chain appearing on Chainlist, with its ID, its coin, and its explorers. Chains register before they launch.
  • #lifi-chains — a new chain added to the Li.Fi bridge. Bridge support means money will soon be able to move there.

Project lists

  • #arc-ecosystem — new projects joining the Arc ecosystem list, with their category and trust check. On a young chain, this list is the pipeline of what is coming.
  • #eth-research — new posts on ethresear.ch, the forum where Ethereum's next upgrades get discussed.
The idea behind this page

Every feed here watches places made for builders, not for marketing: code, certificates, registries, research forums. That is exactly why they run ahead of announcements. Nobody puts on a show there.
